Visualizing the increasing need for safe, secured, comfortable and luxurious living place for the rapidly growing population “Mr. Md. Abdul Aziz (Managing Director, TANS Real Estate Limited)”, a dynamic, innovative and visionary entrepreneur having in-depth exposure in real estate business, created TANS Properties Limited popularly known as TPL.
After the success of TANS Properties Limited (TPL), he created a sister concern named TANS Real Estate Limited and also known as TREL.
According to Population and Housing Census (2022), Dhaka is the highly dense populated area. The World Population Review recently released a list of the top 10 largest countries and cities by population as of 2024, Dhaka is the 4th largest mega city of the world. It’s main problem is rehabilitation.
To solve the residence problem belong with TANS Properties Limited (TPL), TANS Real Estate Limited (TREL) has some intention. TANS Real Estate Limited (TREL) will always try to maintain the quality and hand over the project in due time.
Our clients already knows that, we are now the symbol of owner’s trust. The policy of our design is largely influenced by customer requirements.
